Drain Guys Chicago began long before the name existed—back when a young Felix Delgadillo was figuring out his future after high school. With a little nudge from family, he stepped into the world of mechanical plumbing and spent nearly 20 years mastering his craft across new construction and complex pipe-work jobs.
After two decades in the field, Felix took a leap of faith and launched Drain Guys Chicago in 2019—a company built on experience, integrity, and a genuine heart for helping families. From day one, the business served a mix of residential and commercial clients, offering both plumbing and drain-cleaning services rooted in honesty and skill.
Growth came quickly. In 2022, Felix expanded the company with trenchless sewer repair, giving homeowners cutting-edge solutions without the disruption of traditional digging. Then came 2025—and a new chapter of leadership. Megan A. Dutta joined as CEO, bringing her background in audiovisual technology, storytelling, and brand building. She stepped in to elevate the business side—marketing, customer service, operations—so Felix could stay focused on delivering exceptional work in the field. Together, Felix and Megan form a leadership duo grounded in honesty, reliability, and family-first values.
Today, Drain Guys Chicago proudly serves the entire Chicagoland area with skilled technicians, a family-first foundation, and a commitment to transparency, integrity, and craftsmanship.
